For the second time already this season, a Greencastle-Antrim girls’ basketball player has joined the 1,000-point club.
Senior point guard Hannah Crist hit the milestone in the Blue Devils’ home Mid-Penn Colonial clash against Shippensburg on Friday. She needed 17 points coming in and joined the club against the Greyhounds with a 3-pointer in the second half.
Crist, who helped G-A win the District 3 Class 3A championship last season, joined teammate Jenay Faulkner in the 1,000-point club.
Faulkner, a junior, had her milestone moment on Dec. 29 against Dover in Lower Dauphin’s holiday tournament.
